diplomsko delo

Teacher's communication skills |
Sekundarni povzetek: |
Teacher's communication skills are one of the most powerful tools in its work. His professional competence, the role of being the expert in teaching specific subject of the field of subjects, must always go hand in hand with his teaching competence, the ability and skills that enable methods and forms of work that are appropriate for students' abilities. The focus of research is the analysis of communication relations between teacher and students and between teacher and parents. A modern school requires different rules than traditional school. Nowadays mutual relations between teacher and students are much more equal and democratic. Teacher's actual authority is that which is derived through a democratic educational style of teaching, which is in the heart of quality communication. Student's parents are increasingly entering the school space and are often interested in his school work and progress. Therefore, the teacher must also be in relationship with them and choose appropriate forms of communication and quality of cooperation that ultimately enrich student's life. Both socialization factors, the family as the primary environment and the school environment, allow the student to develop as a comprehensive, autonomous and independent adult individual who will be able to successfully meet the challenges of modern times and a wide range of conflicts, which are often a reflection of inadequate or inappropriate communication between individuals. The only way achieving the former goal is to teach him/her good communication through growing up with examples of good practice. |
