Povzetek
V diplomskem delu sem se osredotočila na družino predšolskega otroka in na konflikte, ki se pojavljajo v njej v vsakodnevnem življenju, ter reševanju le-teh. V teoretičnem delu je opredeljenih nekaj vrst družin, kaj družina sploh je in predstavljene so nekatere definicije družin. Hkrati je predstavljen pogled na družino v preteklosti in kako je družina funkcionirala nekoč ter kdo vse je bival v njej. V nadaljevanju so našteti in predstavljeni tipi družin, ki jih poznamo pri nas, posamezni so tudi opisani. Pri nalogah družine je delo osredotočeno predvsem na to, katere so za otrokov razvoj najbolj pomembne. V poglavju o družinskem sistemu je govora o odnosih v družini in vlogah, ki jih ima vsak njen član. V nadaljevanju je opisano, kakšne funkcije je družina opravljala, ko je še bila patriarhalna in kakšne opravlja v postmodernosti. Naslednje poglavje v delu je namenjeno predstavitvi vzgojnih stilov v slovenski družini, položaju otroka v njej in seznanjanju z nekaterimi značilnostmi le-te. V naslednjem poglavju je opisano starševstvo, kaj vse starševstvo prinaša, pet ciljev starševstva. Tu smo se še posebej osredotočili na to, kako starši sprejemajo ali ne sprejemajo vedenja svojih otrok in kakšne posledice se zaradi tega lahko pojavijo. V nadaljevanju poglavja je predstavljen odnos staršev do otroka in našteti ter opisani nekateri kombinirani tipi staršev glede na značilnosti in obnašanje do njihovih otrok. Zelo pomembno je dejstvo, da je komunikacija v družinah izrednega pomena, zato so opisane tudi vrste komunikacij in nekateri elementi pojma komunikacija. V poglavju o konfliktih so najprej predstavljene definicije konfliktov, govora je tudi o tem, da se je s konflikti najbolje soočiti in da je nesmiselno, da se jim izogibamo. Predstavljene so tudi pozitivne in negativne lastnosti konfliktov, vrste konfliktov in različne metode, s pomočjo katerih se le-ti rešujejo. Na koncu teoretičnega dela je opisanih šest stopenj metode brez poraženca, saj je le-ta za reševanje konfliktov najprimernejša. V empiričnem delu diplomskega dela so v obliki tabel, grafov in opisa predstavljeni rezultati raziskave, ki so bili pridobljeni z metodo anketiranja. Ugotovljeno je bilo, da se v večini družin konflikti redno pojavljajo, anketiranci pa jih večinoma rešujejo sproti in s pogovorom. V zaključku diplomskega dela so ovrednotene hipoteze in predstavljene ugotovitve, do katerih sem prišla med nastajanjem le-tega.

In my diploma I focused on the family of a preschool child, the conflicts that are appearing in their everyday lives and how to solve them. In the theoretical part of this assignment a few types of families are defined, there is also the basic definition of the family and some definitions of the family are presented. In the same place there is described how the family was defined in the past, how the family functioned and who were the members of it. Types of the families are listed and described later on. Considering the functions of the family the diploma has focused primarily on the ones, which are the most important for the development of the child. The family system is the next chapter. Its contens is about the relations in the family and which role in the family every member should take. Further on there is described, which functions the family carried out when it was still patriarchal and which functions the family carry out in the postmodernity. The next chapter in the diploma represents the upbringing styles in the Slovenian family and the position of the child in it. Furthermore the chapter informs the reader about the characteristics of the Slovenian family. The parenthood is described in the next chapter, namely what it brings and five goals of the parenthood. The special focus is on the issue, how the parents accept or do not accept the behaviour of their children and what are the consequences that may appear. The continuation of the chapter is about the parents attitude to their children. Some combinatory types of parents are listed and described, according to the characteristics and behaviour of their children. The fact is that communication in the family is of the great importance, so some elements of the communication and the types of it are described later. The chapter about the conflicts begins with the definitions of them. It is explained that the best thing to do is to face and solve the conflicts and not to avoid them. Later on there are represented the positive and negative qualities of the conflicts, the types of the conflicts and the various methods of solving them. Six levels of the method without the loser are described at the end of the theoretical part of the diploma, as this is the most appropriate method for solving the conflicts. The results of the research project are represented in the empirical part of the diploma. The results were obtained in the survey and they are interpreted in tabels, charts and descriptions. The survey has shown that in most families conflicts occur regularly. The respondents solve the conflicts continuously and with the conversation. The hypotheses are evaluated in the final part of the diploma. The diploma ends with the representation of the findings which I have reached during my research. |
