diplomsko delo
Povzetek
V diplomskem delu smo želeli ugotoviti povezanost gibalne dejavnosti otrok in splošnega počutja. V raziskavo je bilo vključenih 453 otrok, starih od 9 do 11 let, in sicer 220 dečkov in 233 deklic. Otroci so v tem času obiskovali četrti, peti ali šesti razred šol SV Slovenije. Njihovo gibalno dejavnost smo ugotavljali s pomočjo anketnega vprašalnika, na katerega so odgovarjali sami, razdeljeni v skupine. Za ugotavljanje splošnega počutja smo uporabili Kindlov vprašalnik Quality of Life Questionnaire for Children.

GENERAL WELL-BEING OF CHILDREN AND PHYSICAL ACTIVITY |
Sekundarni povzetek: |
In the diploma thesis we wanted to establish the correlation between physical activity of children and their general well-being. The research included 453 children, ageing from 9 to 11 years - namely 220 boys and 233 girls. At the time of the research, the children were attending the fourth, the fifth and the sixth grade of the elementary school in the north-east of Slovenia. The children's physical activity was determined with the aid of a questionnaire that the children fulfilled themselves. We used the Kindl's Quality of Life Questionnaire for Children. The collected data was processed with the computer programme SPSS 19.00 for Windows. The results have shown that there are no statistical differences among physically differently active children as regards their general well-being, their high or low spirits, their good humour, their boredom, loneliness and fears. The findings have shown that general well-being is not correlated to physical activity in the period of pre-adolescence. It would be sensible to accomplish a similar research with more precise instruments for evaluating physical activity. |
