Povzetek
Ljudje sodobnega in razvitega sveta se kljub svoji inteligenci, sposobnostim in izkušnjam za dosego svojih ciljev še vedno poslužujejo nasilnih oblik vedenja. V času množične uporabe medijev in informacij pa se taki vzorci vedenja še hitreje prenašajo na otroke in mladino. Različne oblike nasilja med ljudmi že 3000 let in več ostajajo problem, ki se ga ne da izkoreniniti. Prav tako se z njim srečujejo učitelji in vzgojitelji pri svojem delu in ga z izbranimi metodami poskušajo omiliti in zatreti. V prvem obdobju osnovnošolskega izobraževanja predstavljata učna načrta predmetov spoznavanje okolja in družba z vzgojno-izobraževalnimi cilji, dejavnostmi, s specialno didaktičnimi priporočili in s praktičnimi vsebinami pot k razvoju mlade nenasilne, nekonfliktne in samozadostne osebe. Izhajajoč iz osebnih izkušenj smo v navzočem diplomskem delu s študijem strokovne literature v teoretičnem delu in z empirično raziskavo med učitelji od 1. do 5. razreda osnovnih šol občine Slovenska Bistrica (n = 40) želeli podkrepiti prepričanje, da je vzgojno-izobraževalnih elementov, povezanih s preprečevanjem nasilja v slovenskih šolah, še vedno premalo, da do nasilja ne bi prihajalo. Ugotovili smo, da v obstoječi literaturi obstajajo definicije, metode in nasveti za preprečevanje nasilja, vendar se ga kljub doslednosti ne da popolnoma izničiti, kar je potrdila tudi empirična raziskava.

A STUDY OF THE CURRICULUM IN THE SUBJECTS ENVIRONMENT AND SOCIETY WITH SPECIAL EMPHASIS ON THE ISSUE OF VIOLENCE |

In order to achieve their goals, people of the modern and developed world continue to resort to violent forms of behaviour despite their intelligence, competence and experience. In the time of widespread use of the media and information the violent behaviour increases among children and youth faster than before. Different types of violence among people have been a problem for more than 3000 years and they cannot be eradicated. Teachers who have to deal with the violence at school use examined methods to reduce its level and to root it out. In the first part of the primary school education, the curriculum of the subjects of environmental education and society including elements such as pedagogical and educational goals, activities, special didactic recommendations and practical content represents a guide for the development of young, non-violent, non-conflict and self-sufficient persons. Based on the personal experience, this bachelor's thesis consists of the theoretical part with the analysis of various books and the empirical study which was carried out among forty primary school teachers from grades one to five in the Slovenska Bistrica municipality. The aim of the bachelor's thesis was to underline the fact that the share of pedagogical and educational elements associated with the violence prevention is still too small to help the society stop the violence for good. It was established that in the books different definitions, methods and advice on how to prevent the violence are presented. However, despite their consistent use the violence cannot be completely eliminated which was also confirmed by the empirical study. |
