Povzetek
Uvod: E-zdravstvena pismenost je spretnost in zahteva današnjega časa. Posamezniki
morajo biti usposobljeni delati s sodobno tehnologijo, sposobni morajo biti kritično
razmišljati, saj imajo na voljo širok spekter informacijskih orodij in informacijskih
virov. Le ti jih morajo voditi do sprejemanja odločitev. Namen raziskave je bil preučiti
stopnjo e-zdravstvene pismenosti in sposobnost iskanja informacij o dejavnikih, ki
negativno vplivajo na zdravje.
Metode: V raziskavi je sodelovalo 120 anketiranih iz podravske regije Republike
Slovenije. Za pridobitev podatkov o zdravstvene pismenosti je bil uporabljen eHEALS
vprašalnik ter Fagerströmov test za oceno stopnje odvisnosti od nikotina. Pridobljene
podatke smo s pomočjo računalniških programov Microsoft Office Excel in SPSS
statistično obdelali.
Rezultati: Ugotovljeno je bilo, da med odraslimi do 45. leta in tistimi, ki so stari 45 let
in več, obstaja statistično značilna razlika v e-zdravstveni pismenosti. Povprečje
rangov je do 45. leta starosti znašala 69,05, pri starih 45 let in več pa 49,26. Največja
statistična razlika v e-zdravstveni pismenosti je pri trditvi: Počutim se
samozavestnega pri uporabi internetnih informacij, da izboljšam svoje zdravstveno
stanje. Pri omenjeni trditvi odraslih do starosti 45 let je povprečje rangov 72,34, pri
tistih, ki so stari 45 let in več, pa je povprečje rangov 45,02.
Razprava in sklep: Sodelujoči do 45. leta starosti so bolje e-zdravstveno pismeni, kar
pomeni, da so bolj sposobni iskanja in razumevanja ter ocenjevanja zdravstvenih
informacij. Pridobljeno znanje iz Internetnih virov uporabijo za reševanje zdravstvenih
težav. Internet, kot najpogosteje uporabljen vir zdravstvenih informacij je lahko
potencialno nevaren zaradi nepreverjenih in lažnih informacij. S tem se kaže, kako
pomembna je e-zdravstvena pismenost.

E-Health literacy and smokers´ habits during the covid-19 pandemic |

Introduction: E-health literacy is a skill and requires today. Individuals need to be
trained to work with modern technology, they need to be able to think critically, as
they have a wide range of information tools and information resources at their
disposal. They're the only one who has to lead them to make decisions. The purpose
of the study was to examine the level of eHealth literacy and the ability to find
information on factors that have a negative impact on health.
Methods: The survey involved 120 respondents from the podrav region of the
Republic of Slovenia. An eHEALS questionnaire and the Fagerström test were used to
obtain health literacy data to assess the level of nicotine dependence. The data
obtained was statistically processed using Microsoft Office Excel and SPSS computer
programs.
Results: It was found that there is a statistically significant difference in e-health
literacy between adults up to 45 years of age and those aged 45 and over. The average
of ranks up to 45 years of age was 69.05 for the ages of 45 and over at 49.26. The
biggest statistical difference in e-health literacy is in the claim: I feel confident in using
internet information to improve my health. For limited claims of adults up to the age
of 45, the average of the ranks was 72.34 and those aged 45 and over had an average
of 45.02.
Discussion and conclusion: Participants up to the age of 45 are better e-medical
literate, which means that they are more able to find and understand and assess
health information. The acquired knowledge from Internet sources is used to solve
health problems. The Internet, as the most commonly used source of health
information, can be potentially dangerous due to unverified and false information.
This shows how important e-health literacy is. |
