Povzetek

Diplomsko delo z naslovom Svet muminov Tove Jansson je nastalo na osnovi natančne analize izbranih literarnih del pisateljice Tove Jansson. Glavni junaki, mumini, so tisti trolčki, ki so navdušili otroke širom sveta. Predstavljajo lucidna bitjeca, ki jih sicer ni mogoče približati človeškemu svetu, je pa v njih mogoče prepoznati vse pozitivne vrednote našega sveta, obenem pa niso idealizirani. S podrobno analizo prevedenih književnih del o muminih (Čarodejev klobuk, Vražja kresna noč, Zima v Mumindolu, Nevidni otrok in druge zgodbe) bom poskušala svet muminov predstaviti v pravi luči. Pri tem mi bodo pomagale tudi značilnosti fantastične pripovedi, kamor mumini tudi sodijo. Diplomsko delo je teoretično, zato so bile uporabljene temu primerne raziskovalne metode. Deskriptivna metoda je bila uporabljena v uvodnem delu diplomskega dela ob proučevanju že znanih dejstev o fantastični pripovedi. Zgodovinska metoda ob umestitvi muminov v literarnozgodovinski okvir mladinske književnosti. Pri metodi analize smo upoštevali posamezna dela, pri sintezi pa smo združevali pojave, ki jih bomo pri analizi upoštevali. Pri metodi klasifikacije smo upoštevali dejstva, ki smo jih pridobili s pomočjo metode analize in sinteze, da mumini sodijo med fantastične pripovedi. V sklepnem delu, kjer smo poskušali povezati teoretična izhodišča o fantastični pripovedi s konkretnimi besedili, smo uporabili generativno metodo. Namen diplomskega dela je opredeliti osnovne značilnosti fantastične pripovedi in vrste fantastične pripovedi in ugotoviti, zakaj omenjena književna dela sodijo med fantastično pripoved. Razložiti, zakaj so v omenjenih delih pomembne ilustracije. Namen je tudi ugotoviti, kdo so mumini in kdo so troli. Namen imam tudi podati kratko socio-psihološko analizo fenomena mumin v širšem družbenem prostoru.

Sekundarni povzetek:	Diploma thesis with the title Moomin World Tove Jansson, was made on the basis of accurate analysis of the author's chosen works. The main characters, moomins, are the trolls that enthused the children all over the world. They represent lucid creatures that otherwise can not be drawn nearer to the human world, and on the other hand all the positive values of our world can be recognized in them, without being idealized. With the detailed analysis of the translated works on moomins (Finn Family Moomintroll, Moominsummer Madness, Moominland Midwinter, Tales from Moominvalley) I will try to represent the world of moomins in its true colours. I will also get the help I need from the characteristics of the fantastic story, where moomins actually belong. Diploma thesis is theoretical, so the research methods were used accordingly. In the introduction the descriptive method was used with the study of already known facts on the fantastic story. Historical method was used with the placement of the moomins in literary historical frame of the young adult literature. With the method of analysis we took into account individual works, and in synthesis we joined occurrences that we are going to consider in our analysis. In the classification method we considered the facts that we acquired with the help of the method of analysis and synthesis, which place moomins in the fantastic story. In the conclusion, where we tried to connect the theoretical basis of the fantastic story with the actual texts, the generative method was used. The purpose of this diploma thesis is to define the basic characteristics, as well as the sort of fantastic story, and to establish, why the works mentioned are a part of the fantastic story. And to explain, why the illustrations in the works mentioned are so significant. The purpose is also to establish who the moomins and who the trolls are. Besides that, my intention is to introduce a short socio-psychological analysis of the moomin phenomena in a wider social area.
