Povzetek

Vsako podjetje si želi v svojem delovanju in poslovanju doseči maksimalno zmogljivost in dobiček ter uspeh na splošno. Pomembni elementi, ki k sami uspešnosti poslovanja pripomorejo, so predvsem dober vodja, zadovoljni zaposleni, dobri motivatorji ter medsebojno razumevanje. Podjetje, ki nima teh elementov razvitih na visoki ravni, bo malo verjetno izkoristilo svoje sposobnosti maksimalno ali pa bo že na sredini življenjskega cikla propadlo. Dober vodja mora biti oseba, ki trdno stoji za svojimi odločitvami, jih korektno predaja svojim podrejenim in jih tudi sam upošteva. Vodja, ki je v dobrih odnosih s svojimi zaposlenimi, bo bolj uspešen kot vodja, ki svoje podrejene zapostavlja oziroma jim daje občutek manjvrednosti. Vodja, ki ima takšen način vodenja, je pogosto že na samem začetku obsojen na neuspeh. Ljudje potrebujemo medsebojno razumevanje, občutek stabilnosti ter varnosti in to predvsem na delovnem mestu. Dober vodja, ki se z zaposlenimi razume, bo dosegel večji uspeh, saj mu bodo zaposleni zaupali in ga tudi upoštevali. Dobro medsebojno sodelovanje v samem podjetju prinese tudi pozitiven signal zunanjim udeležencem podjetja in ljudem, ki so na kakšen drugačen način povezani s podjetjem. Uspešno vodenje podjetja je lahko za vodje in managerje izziv, zato se ga je treba lotiti premišljeno, zbrano in samozavestno. Uspešno podjetje lahko daje dober vtis in zgled tudi sami konkurenci. Uspešnost podjetja bo podjetje lahko pripeljala v sam vrh konkurenčnosti, kar je cilj vsakega podjetnika in organizacije, skupaj z vsemi zaposlenimi. Vodja mora torej pri svojem vodenju gledati na več dejavnikov, ki bodo vplivali na uspešnost podjetja. Pozoren mora biti na to, da z zaposlenimi delajo v dobro samega podjetja ter so usmerjeni k istim ciljem po istih načrtih. Vodja za uspešnost podjetja poskrbi tudi s svojo odločnostjo in pripadnostjo, vztrajnostjo in trdim delom.

A manager who has good relations with his employees will be more successful than a manager who neglects his subordinates or gives them a sense of inferiority. A leader who has such a method of approach is doomed to failure from the very beginning. People need mutual understanding, a sense of stability and security, especially in the workplace. A good leader who gets along with employees will achieve greater success, because employees will trust him and also take him into account. Good mutual cooperation in the company itself also brings a positive light to external customers and people who are in some other way connected with the company. Successful business management can be challenging for managers and managers, so it needs to be approached thoughtfully, collectively and confidently. A successful company makes a good impression and can also set an example to the competition itself. The company's success will be able to bring the company to the very top of competitiveness, which is the goal of every entrepreneur and organization together with all employees. Therefore, in his leading, the leader must look at several factors that will affect the company's performance. He must pay attention to working with employees for the benefit of the company itself and that they are oriented towards the same goals according to the same plans. The leader also takes care of the company's success with his determination and loyalty, perseverance and hard work.
