Povzetek
Mesto Ravne na Koroškem leži na severu Slovenije, v Koroški regiji.
Postavljeno je v manjšo kotlino in na terasasto dvignjena območja ob
reki Meži. Je eno izmed gospodarskih in družbenih centrov Koroške
regije, najpomembnejša panoga pa je jeklarstvo. Na jugovzhodnem delu
mesta se nahaja manjša terasasta ravnina, na kateri so v 80. letih prejšnjega
stoletja zgradili stanovanjsko sosesko. V stanovanjski soseski
Javornik stoji 43 večstanovanjskih blokov s približno 700 bivalnimi enotami,
osnovna šola, vrtec in objekt za javno rabo. Stanovanjski bloki in
obodna napajalna cesta so urejeni v obroč okoli mirnega notranjega
parka. Organizacija grajenega in odprtega, v kombinaciji z južno lego
in orientacijo, ponujata obstoječi soseski dobre pogoje za kvalitetno bivanje.
Projekt revitalizacije soseske zajema adaptacijo in modernizacijo celotne
soseske na urbanistični in arhitekturni ravni, obenem pa skrbi za
reševanje problemov v občinskem merilu. Zaradi omejenosti z reliefom
je praznih parcel za novogradnje zelo malo, zato se je na Ravnah na Koroškem
v zadnjih letih izjemno povečala potreba po novih bivalnih enotah.
V magistrskem delu se prikaže in opiše različne načine dodajanja
enot v zaključeno urbanistično enoto na način, po katerem se obstoječih
kvalitet ne degradira. Vse dodane enote so načrtovane modularno,
kar pospeši in poenostavi gradnjo, istočasno pa omogoča trajnostno in
fleksibilno bivanje skozi celoten življenjski cikel stavb.

Ravne na Koroškem is located in the north of Slovenia in the Koroška
region. It is situated in a smaller basin and on terraced raised areas
along the Meža River. It serves as one of the economic and social
centers of the Koroška region, with the steel industry being its most
important sector. In the southeastern part of the town, there is a smaller
terrace - a flat area where a residential neighborhood was built in
the 1980s. The residential neighborhood called Javornik consists of 43
multi-story residential buildings with approximately 700 housing units,
along with elementary schools, kindergartens, and public facilities. The
residential blocks and the surrounding access road are organized in a
ring around a peaceful inner park. The layout and orientation, combined
with a southern exposure, provide the existing neighborhood with excellent
qualities for a good living environment.
The project of revitalizing the neighborhood includes the adaptation and
modernization of the entire area. Efforts are made to address issues
at the municipal level. Due to the limited availability of vacant plots for
new construction, the demand for new housing units has significantly
increased in the Municipality of Ravne na Koroškem in recent years.
This master’s thesis showcases and describes various ways of adding
units to a completed urban design in a manner that preserves its
existing qualities. All additional units are planned in a modular fashion,
which speeds up and simplifies the construction process while also
enabling sustainable and flexible living throughout the entire life cycle
of the buildings. |
