Povzetek
Magistrsko delo preučuje zakonske podlage, usmeritve, načrtovanje in prilagoditve izobraževanja otrok s posebnimi potrebami, natančneje slepih in slabovidnih otrok. Nadalje raziskujemo socialni in psihološki vpliv okvar vida na posameznika ter ovire za socialno vključenost le-tega. Otroci z okvaro vida so ovirani pri vsakodnevnih dejavnostih, pri vključevanju v socialne skupine in pri izobraževanju. Temelj inkluzivnega okolja je sprejemanje drugačnosti takšne, kot je, in prilagajanje okolja tako, da so ti otroci deležni enakih možnosti izobraževanja kot otroci brez motenj. Prav tako želi inkluzija okolico pripraviti na sprejemanje drugačnosti, na zagotavljanje boljše socialne vključenosti otrok s posebnimi potrebami in posledično manjše breme za njihovo duševno zdravje. V empiričnem delu smo na primeru raziskali, kako se načrtuje izobraževanje slabovidnega otroka, kakšne prilagoditve so za izvajanje pouka potrebne, kdo so pedagoški in strokovni delavci, ki so v proces vključeni, in kakšna je sprejetost inkluzije med pedagoškimi delavci v našem okolju. Ugotovili smo, da je zavedanje o pomenu inkluzije visoko, da so pedagoški delavci željni znanja o izobraževanju otrok, vendar še vedno premalo izobraženi na tem področju. Učencem kljub temu zagotavljajo čim boljšo izkušnjo izobraževanja ob podpori tiflopedagogov in ostalih strokovnih sodelavcev.

The master's thesis examines the legal foundations, directions, planning and adaptations of the education of children with special needs, specifically blind and visually impaired children. We continue to investigate the social and psychological impact of visual impairment on the individual and the obstacles to social inclusion. Children with visual impairments are hindered in their daily activities, integration into social groups and education. The foundation of an inclusive environment is accepting differences as they are and adapting the environment so that these children receive the same educational opportunities as children without disabilities. Inclusion also aims to prepare the environment to accept differences, to ensure better social inclusion of children with special needs and, as a result, a lower burden on their mental health. In the empirical work, we investigated how the education of a visually impaired child is planned, what adjustments are needed for the implementation of lessons, who are the pedagogic and professional workers who are involved in the process, and what is the acceptance of inclusion among pedagogic workers in our environment. We found that awareness of the importance of inclusion is high, that pedagogues are eager to learn about children's education, but are still insufficiently educated in this area. Nevertheless, they provide students with the best possible educational experience with the support of teaching staff and other professional colleagues. |
