Povzetek
Šolska knjižnica predstavlja pomemben del šolskega okolja. Z razumevanjem delovanja šolske knjižnice in težav, ki jih imajo šolski knjižničarji, bolje razumemo tudi potrebe učencev, ki jo obiskujejo. V magistrski nalogi smo se osredotočili na prilagoditve šolskih knjižnic za učence s težavami pri branju. Zanimala nas je predvsem perspektiva šolskih knjižničarjev glede prilagoditev šolskih knjižnic za učence, ki imajo težave pri branju. V teoretičnem delu naloge smo opredelili motnje branja in pisanja, skupine učencev s težavami pri branju, šolsko knjižnico, zakonodajno podlago in gradivo, ki je lahko v pomoč učencem s težavami pri branju. Za potrebe empiričnega dela naloge smo v mesecu oktobru in novembru 2023 izvedli raziskavo med 92 šolskimi knjižničarji slovenskih osnovnih šol. Izsledki raziskave kažejo na to, da šolske knjižnice izvajajo prilagoditve za učence s težavami pri branju, da je prilagojenega gradiva v knjižnicah anketiranih premalo, da se anketirani ne čutijo dovolj kompetentne za delo z učenci s težavami in da sodelovanje med učitelji in šolskimi knjižničarji poteka učinkovito.

The school library is an important part of a school's environment. By understanding the work of the school library and the problems that school librarians encounter, we can also better understand the needs of the students who visit it. In the master's thesis, we focused on the adaptations of school libraries for students with reading difficulties. We were mainly interested in the perspective of school librarians regarding adaptations of school libraries for students who have reading difficulties. In the theoretical part, we defined reading and writing disorders, groups of students with reading difficulties, the school library, the legislative basis, and material that can help students with reading difficulties. For the needs of the empirical part of the assignment, in October and November of 2023, we conducted a survey among 92 school librarians in Slovene elementary schools. The results of the research show that school libraries make adaptations for students with reading difficulties, that there are not enough adapted materials in the libraries of the respondents, that the respondents do not feel competent enough to work with students with difficulties and that the cooperation between teachers and school librarians takes place effectively. |
