Povzetek

Uvod: Komunikacija med medicinsko sestro in pacientom je ključ do dobrega in kakovostnega dela, boljšega počutja in hitrejšega okrevanja pacientov. Operativni poseg pacientu predstavlja stres, strah in bolečino. Namen zaključnega dela je raziskati pomen komunikacije med medicinsko sestro in pacientom pred operativnim posegom. Metode: Pri izdelavi zaključnega dela smo sistematično pregledali, analizirali in sintetizirali znanstveno literaturo na temo pomena komunikacije med medicinsko sestro in pacientom pred operativnim posegom. Literaturo smo iskali v mednarodno priznanih podatkovnih bazah PubMed, CINAHL in ScienceDirect. Rezultati: Od pridobljenih 544 raziskav smo glede na primernost v analizo vključili deset člankov. Rezultate smo sintetizirali s pomočjo vsebinske analize, izbrali tri podkategorije in iz njih oblikovali proste kode. Razprava in sklep: Predoperativna komunikacija se je izkazala za zelo pomembno, saj se med medicinsko sestro in pacientom vzpostavi zaupljiv odnos, ki pomaga pacientu k boljšemu psihičnemu počutju in razumevanju procesa, kar posledično vodi do boljše pripravljenosti pacienta na operativni poseg, njegovega hitrejšega okrevanja in medsebojnega sodelovanja.

Sekundarni naslov: The importance of communication between a nurse and a patient before a surgical procedure
Sekundarni povzetek: Introduction: Communication between nurse and patient is the key to good and quality work, better well-being and faster recovery of patients. Surgical intervention represents stress, fear and pain for patients. The purpose of the final work is to investigate the importance of communication between the nurse and the patient before surgery. Methods: When creating the final work, we systematically reviewed, analyzed and synthesized the scientific literature on the topic of the meaning of communication between a nurse and a patient before the surgical procedureon. Literature was searched in the internationally recognized databases PubMed, CINAHL and ScienceDirect. Results: From gathered 455 researces, ten articles were included in the analysis due to their suizability. We synthesized the results with the help of content analysis, selected three subcategories and formed free codes from them. Discussion and conclusion: Preoperative communication has proven to be very important, as a trusting relationship is established between the nurse and the patient, which helps the patient to feel better psychologically and to understand the process, which in turn leads to a better preparation of the patient for surgery, faster recovery and mutual cooperation.
