Povzetek
V diplomski nalogi smo raziskovali problem širitve poslovanja podjetij in trženja proizvodov. Glavni problem podjetij je, da se pogosto osredotočijo samo na eno možnost širitve poslovanja, na ostale pa pozabijo. Z diplomsko nalogo želimo podati ustrezne informacije in podatke ter na praktičnem primeru prikazati, s katerih vidikov lahko podjetje analizira svoje poslovanje oziroma katere možnosti ima izbrano podjetje pri širitvi poslovanja.
V diplomski nalogi smo predstavili teoretične ugotovitve, ki smo jih podkrepili z izbranim primerom. V diplomski nalogi smo problem reševali tako, da smo predstavili, kaj v resnici pomeni širitev poslovanja in tudi vse potrebne pojme, ki jih je treba poznati, če želimo širiti svoje podjetje. Predstavili smo tudi to, kakšni problemi nastajajo pri trženju proizvodov ter možnosti rešitev nastalih problemov. Pregledali smo zbrano literaturo in spoznanja strnili v zaključek, kaj v resnici pomeni širjenje poslovanja, kaj se zgodi in kaj vse je treba urediti, če želimo svoje podjetje širiti.
Podrobno smo predstavili, kako se podjetja lahko širijo in na kakšen način lahko širijo svoje poslovanje. Za izbrani primer smo obravnavali, kako je z uvedbo novega izdelka v poslovanje, kako je z uvedbo nove storitve v podjetje in kako je s širitvijo na novi trg.
V diplomski nalogi predstavljamo in analiziramo izbrano podjetje, ki deluje na izbrani lokaciji. Lastnik podjetje vodi s svojo partnerko, pri vodenju podjetja pa sta zelo uspešna. Lastnik je podjetje ustanovil kot samostojni podjetnik in uspešno deluje že od leta 1990. Podjetje se ukvarja s prodajo cvetlic in drugih izdelkov, ki jih lahko najdemo v cvetličarnah.
Lastnik nudi tudi spremljajoče storitve, kot so storitve za urejanje grobov. Izvaja jih po celotni Sloveniji in je tudi pri tem uspešen. Lastnik podjetja nam je v intervjuju povedal, kako bi on širil svoje podjetje in katere načine bi izbral za širitev svojega poslovanja.
Po izvedeni analizi in pridobljenih spoznanjih smo prišli do zaključka in rezultata, katera od predlaganih rešitev bi bila za uvedbo v podjetje za lastnika najprimernejša. Na koncu diplomske naloge smo na podlagi predstavljenih in izvedenih metod izoblikovali predlog širitve poslovanja izbranega podjetja in trženja proizvodov.

In the diploma thesis, we investigated the problem of business expansion of companies and marketing of products. The main problem for companies is that they often focus on only one business expansion option and froget about the others. With the diploma thesis, we want to provide relevant information and data, and show on a practical example from which aspects a company can analyze its operations, or what possibilities the company has in expanding its operations.
In the diploma thesis, we presented theoretical findings, which we supported with a selected example. In the diploma thesis, we solved the problem by presenting what business expansion really means, as well as all the necessary terms that you need to know if you want to expand your company, and what problems arise in the marketing of products, as well as possible solutions to the problems that arise. We reviewed the collected literature and summarized what we learned in a conclusion, what does business expansion really mean and what happens and what all needs to be arranged if we want to expand our company.
We have presented in detail how companies can expand and in what way they can expand their business. For the chosen example, we discussed how it is with the introduction of a new product in the business, how it is with the introduction of a new service in the company and how it is with the expansion to a new market.
In the diploma thesis, we present and analyze the company that we selected, which is located in the city. The owner runs his company with his partner and they are very successfully in running the company. The owner founded the company as an independent entrepreneur and has been successfully operating since 1990. The company sells flowers and other products that can be found in flower shops.
The owner also provides accompanying services, such as services for arranging graves. It performs them throughout Slovenia and is also successful in providing its services. In the interview, the owner of the company told us how he would expand his company and what methods he would choose to expand his business.
After the analysis carried out and the knowledge gained, we came to the conclusion and result, which of the proposed solutions would be the most suitable for the owner to implement in his company. At the end of the diploma thesis, on the basis of the methods implemented in the diploma thesis, we created a proposal for the result, on the basis of which we arrive at a proposal for expanding the business of the selected company and marketing the product. |
