Povzetek
V teoretičnem delu magistrske naloge z naslovom Pomen sodelovanja šolske svetovalne službe s centrom za socialno delo v primerih nasilja na podlagi analizirane literature opisujemo nasilje, vzroke zanj in njegove posledice, oblike nasilja ter nasilje v šolskem prostoru. Nadalje so predstavljeni delo šolske svetovalne službe, glavna področja in funkcije dela ter načela. Predstavljeno je delo šolske svetovalne službe v primerih nasilja in sodelovanje z zunanjimi institucijami, kamor spada tudi center za socialno delo, ki je opisan v nadaljevanju. Teoretični del je zaokrožen s teoretično analizo sodelovanja šolske svetovalne službe s centrom za socialno delo v primerih nasilja. V empiričnem delu so predstavljeni rezultati raziskave, v kateri je sodelovalo 164 šolskih svetovalnih delavcev iz cele Slovenije. Ugotovljeno je bilo, da se šolski svetovalni delavci večkrat na leto ukvarjajo z različnimi oblikami nasilja, ki ga prijavijo na center za socialno delo. Večina šolskih svetovalnih delavcev dobi ustrezno pomoč in podporo s strani centra za socialno delo, kljub opaznim izboljšavam skozi leta pa še vedno opažajo precej težav pri sodelovanju.

In the theoretical part of the master’s thesis, The importance of collaboration between the school counselling service and the social work centre in cases of violence, we define violence, explore its causes and consequences, and examine its various forms, with a specific focus on violence in the school environment. Furthermore, we present the work of the school counselling service, including its main areas, functions, and guiding principles. We also explore the role of the counselling service in cases of violence and its collaborations with external institutions, such as the social work centre. The theoretical part is concluded with a theoretical analysis of collaboration between the schooling counselling service and the social work centre in cases of violence. The empirical part presents the results of the research conducted through a survey of 164 school counsellors throughout Slovenia. The research found that school counsellors encounter various forms of violence several times a year, and they often report these incidents to the social work centre. Most school counsellors receive appropriate assistance and support from the social work centre. However, despite noticeable improvements over the years, the significant challenges remain in their collaboration. |
