Sekundarni povzetek:	An intranet is information system used by employees in the company for internal needs. An intranet is built from the same concepts and technologies used for the internet, such as client-server computing and the internet protocol suite. The CMS is a tool for editing and producing web pages. Simplify the editing and layout of web pages, portals, intranets and others. Joomla is a free open source CMS for publishing content on the World Wide Web and intranets. Joomla is an alternative to commercial CMS. Joomla is Suitable for smaller businesses who want to create and maintain its own website. Joomla is very powerful and robust tool, used by many people. Joomla universality is up among the most popular CMS systems. A CMS require a web server (Apache), scripting languages (PHP) and database (MySQL). In the company Livar, which has over 550 employees in Ivančna Gorica and Črnomelj, we presented a concrete solution to an intranet. We presented Joomla, the difficulties which we encountered during installation, analyzed the appearance and construction of an intranet.
