magistrsko delo

V teoretičnem delu so predstavljene oblike pouka, učne kmetije, pomen prehrane v učnem načrtu, pomen kmeta in lokalno pridelane hrane. V empiričnem delu je predstavljena empirična raziskava (n = 177), katere rezultati so pridobljeni s pomočjo anketnega vprašalnika. V raziskavo so vključeni učenci tretjih in petih razredov iz treh okoliških osnovnih šol.

Sekundarni naslov: The establishment of a learning farm in the context of the implementation of content on nutrition from the 1st to 5th grade of primary school
Sekundarni povzetek: The master's thesis investigates the extent to which students from the first to fifth grade of primary school know the process of food production and processing and how it could be brought closer to them with the help of a program that would be offered to primary schools as part of a learning farm. The thesis consists of theoretical, empirical and practical part. The theoretical part presents the forms of lessons, the learning farms, the importance of nutrition in the curriculum, and the importance of the farmer and locally produced food. In the empirical part an empirical study (n=177) is presented, the results of which were obtained with the help of a questionnaire. Third and fifth grade students from three surrounding primary schools were included in the study. The purpose was to find out to what extent the students are interested in visiting the learning farm and what their prior knowledge is about working on the farm. It was found that the students really want to visit the farm. This led to the preparation of the program, which is presented in the practical part of the thesis. The planned program of the learning farm - "Hard working hands, full bellies"; was also implemented with third grade primary school students. A day at the farm, where we learned about food production and processing was prepared. At the same time, also a program that could be implemented with 5th grade students was planned.
