Sekundarni povzetek: The work describes content managment systems, their advantages and disadvantages. I described the three most commonly used systems: WordPress, Drupal and Joomla. These systems were comparedThe main part of the work is the description of the content management system SkavtČAROVNIK, which was developed in 2010 and 2011 by the SkavtNET team. I have described the functionalities and technologies used for application development and implementation of comments. Implementation of the comments is my contribution to the SkavtČAROVNIK. I describe a software tool Codelgniter, which was used for for implementation of comments. I also describe the database design and explain the functionality I have contributed.
