Povzetek
Glavni namen te diplomske naloge je podrobna analiza in opis robotske varilne celice, ki vključuje robota OTC FD-V8L, krmilnik FD11 in varilni stroj Daihen Welbee P500L za namen izdelave tridimenzionalne strukture z uporabo postopka MIG/MAG-varjenja. V nalogi je predstavljena robotska celica z vsemi dodatnimi mehanizmi, ki zagotavljajo nemoteno delovanje pri varjenju. Prav tako so opisani osnovni postopki za upravljanje in programiranje robota. Za boljšo predstavo je v nalogi naveden primer preprostega varilnega programa, poleg tega pa je predstavljen tudi program v ASCII-kodi , ki omogoča izdelavo tridimenzionalne oblike iz zvarov z uporabo uporabniškega koordinatnega sistema. Pred izvedbo testiranja programa so bili parametri varjenja prilagojeni in nato s programom uspešno zvarjeni v ravno steno, ki je enovarkovno ni možno zvariti.

The main purpose of this diploma is the detailed analysis and description of a robotic welding cell, including an OTC FD-V8L robot, an FD11 controller and a Daihen Welbee P500L welding machine, for the fabrication of three-dimensional structures using the MIG/MAG welding process. The thesis presents the robotic cell with all the additional mechanisms that ensure smooth operation during welding. The basic procedures for controlling and programming the robot are also described. An example of a simple welding program is presented to give a better idea, and an ASCII code program is also presented which allows the creation of a three-dimensional shape from welds using a user coordinate system. The welding parameters were adjusted before testing the program and then the program was used to successfully weld a straight wall, which cannot be welded with a single weld. |
