Povzetek

Uvod: Radiološki inženir je član zdravstvenega tima in je s svojim delom vključen v diagnostične in terapevtske postopke. Diagnostične storitve igrajo eno izmed najpomembnejših vlog v zdravstveni oskrbi in so pomemben del medicine. Zaposleni se morajo zavedati, da s svojim delovanjem soustvarjajo delovno okolje in skrbijo za primerno organizacijsko klimo. Vsak zaposleni si želi, da bi se na delovnem mestu počutil dobro in bil zadovoljen. Zadovoljstvo zaposlenih predstavlja širok nabor dejavnikov, ki vplivajo na zadovoljstvo pri delu in s posameznimi elementi dela. Namen: Namen raziskave je bil preučiti in analizirati stopnjo zadovoljstva radioloških inženirjev v izbranih zdravstvenih ustanovah (Splošna bolnišnica Novo mesto, Splošna bolnišnica Brežice in Zdravstveni dom Novo mesto) ter identificirati ključne dejavnike, ki prispevajo k zadovoljstvu radioloških inženirjev na njihovem delovnem mestu. Pri tem so bili zastavljeni cilji, ki vključujejo analizo vpliva različnih dejavnikov na zadovoljstvo in predloge za izboljšanje delovnih pogojev. Metode dela: Uporabljeni sta bili dve metodi dela. V teoretičnih izhodiščih smo predstavili delo radioloških inženirjev, predstavili definicijo zadovoljstva pri delu in opisali dejavnike, ki vplivajo nanj. V empiričnem delu naloge pa smo kot merski instrument uporabili anketni vprašalnik in z njim anketirali radiološke inženirje. Anketa je zajemala 19 vprašanj. Rezultate smo analizirali s programom SPSS, jih primerjali s podobnimi, že opravljenimi raziskavami in preverjali hipoteze z uporabo t-testov in Pearsonove korelacije. Rezultati: Več kot polovica anketirancev je bilo zaposlenih v Splošni bolnišnici Novo mesto (64,3 %), po 17,9 % anketirancev pa je bila zaposlenih v Zdravstvenem domu Novo mesto oz. Splošni bolnišnici Brežice. Anketiranci so v povprečju s svojim delom zadovoljni (M=3,97; SD=0,834). Največji pomen so anketirancem predstavljali dobri medsebojni odnosi (M=9,37), na drugem mestu je bilo ustrezno plačilo za delo (M=9,17), na tretje mesto pa je bila uvrščena varnost zaposlitve (M=9,10). Po mnenju anketirancev bi k večjemu zadovoljstvu najbolj pripomogla boljša organizacija dela, boljša povezanost v timu in boljše vodenje. Razprava in zaključek: Razprava in zaključek poudarjata potrebo po boljši organizaciji dela, izboljšanju vodenja in podpore s strani nadrejenih ter večji osredotočenosti na timsko delo. Zadovoljstvo radioloških inženirjev bistveno vpliva na kakovost njihovega dela, zato je pomembno, da zdravstvene ustanove razvijejo strategije za podporo in motivacijo svojih zaposlenih.

Sekundarni povzetek: Introduction: radiological engineer is a mebmer of medical team who, with their work, is a part of diagnostic and therapy procedures. Diagnostic services have one of the most important functions in medical treatment, and are important part of medicine. Employees have to bear in mind that they cocreate working environment and provide appropriate working and organizational conditions with their work. Well being and satisfaction in the working environment is a desire of every employee. Employees' satisfaction is represented by a broad spectrum of factors which affect work satisfaction and satisfaction with individual aspects of work. Objective: objective of the research is to study and analyse the degree of satisfaction among radiological engineers in selected medical institutions (General hospital Novo mesto, General hospital Brežice, Health center Novo mesto), and to identify crucial factors which contribute to satisfaction of the radiological engineers in their work environment. In the process, the goals have been set which include the analysis of various factors and their influence on satisfaction, and suggestions for improvement of working conditions. Methodology: Two methods of work have been applied. In the theoretical basis, work of radiological engineers, definiton of work satisfaction and description of factors which influence work satisfaction have been introduced. In the empirical section of the thesis, a survey consisting of 19 questions has been used as a measuring instrument, and distributed among radiological engineers. Results were analysed with the programme SPSS and compared with similar surveys performed, testing the hypothesis with t-tests and the Pearson correlation coefficient. Results: more than half of respondents are employees of General hospital Novo mesto (64.3 %), 17.9 % of respondents are employees of Health center Novo mesto and General hospital Brežice, respectively. On average, the respondents are satisfied with their work (M=3.97; SD=0.834). The greatest importance is attributed to good relations among the employees (M=9.37), which is followed by appropriate wage (M=9.17), with the employment security in the third place (M=9.10). In the opinion of the respondents, better organization of work, better connectedness of the team, and better management would contribute to greater satisfaction. Discussion and conclusion: Discussion and conclusion emphasize the need for better organization of work process, improvement of management and support from superiors, and improved focus on team work. Satisfaction of radiological engineers fundamentally influences quality of their work, therefore it is important that medical institutions develop strategies of support and motivation for their employees.
