Povzetek

Magistrska naloga je osredotočena na analizo interoperabilnosti med BIM orodji in orodji za MKE analize na primeru večstanovanjskega objekta. Prikazan je postopek izdelave BIM modelov v programih Allplan in Revit ter ocenjene prednosti in slabosti posameznega orodja. V okviru naloge so bile obravnavane tri izmenjave podatkov med programi: Allplan – SCIA Engineer s pomočjo orodja SCIA AutoConverter, Revit – SOFiSTiK ter Revit – SCIA Engineer s pomočjo vtičnikov za Revit. Vsaka izmed izmenjav je bila analizirana, hkrati pa so bile podane ocene njihove uspešnosti. V zaključnem delu naloge so bile izvedene statične analize v programih SCIA Engineer in SOFiSTiK, pri čemer sta bili orodji tudi medsebojno primerjani. Predstavljena je bila primerjalna tabela z rezultati statičnih analiz za vsak primer izmenjave, pa tudi za modela, ustvarjena neposredno v programih za MKE analizo brez prenosa podatkov. Procentualna odstopanja v rezultatih so bila minimalna. Rezultati so pokazali, da je interoperabilnost med orodji na splošno uspešna, vendar so za zagotovitev popolne usklajenosti podatkov potrebne dodatne prilagoditve.

Sekundarni povzetek: The master's thesis focuses on the analysis of interoperability between BIM and FEM software, using a residential building as a case study. The process of creating BIM models in Allplan and Revit is presented, along with an assessment of the advantages and disadvantages of each software. Three data exchange workflows between the programs were examined: Allplan – SCIA Engineer using SCIA AutoConverter, Revit – SOFiSTiK, and Revit – SCIA Engineer using Revit plugins. Each exchange was analysed, and evaluations of their effectiveness were provided. In the final part of the thesis, structural analyses were carried out in SCIA Engineer and SOFiSTiK, with a comparison between the two software tools. A comparative table of analysis results is presented for each data exchange case, as well as for models created directly within the FEM tools without data transfer. The percentage differences in the analysis results were minimal. The results indicate that interoperability between the tools is generally successful, but additional adjustments are needed to ensure complete data consistency.
