Povzetek
Diplomsko delo obravnava vlogo organiziranega izobraževanja zaposlenih v Hotelu Starkl in mnenja zaposlenih o njegovem vplivu na delovno uspešnost, motivacijo ter osebni in profesionalni razvoj zaposlenih. Namen dela je bil raziskati, v kolikšni meri izobraževanje prispeva k boljšemu opravljanju delovnih nalog, katerim motivacijskim in demotivacijskim dejavnikom so zaposleni najbolj izpostavljeni in kako vpliva na njihov pogled na lastno profesionalno rast.
Predmet diplomskega dela je učinkovitost izobraževanja zaposlenih v hotelirstvu in turizmu ter področje upravljanja s človeškimi viri. Podatki osebja Hotela Starkl so bili v raziskovalni fazi študije zbrani z anketnim pristopom. Za analizo podatkov je bila uporabljena deskriptivna statistika, za vsako potrditev pa so bili izračunani odstotki odgovorov, povprečne ocene in standardni odkloni.
Ugotovitve so pokazale, da večina zaposlenih ugodno ocenjuje usposabljanje, saj povečuje tako osebno rast kot delovno učinkovitost. Glavni motivatorji so bili pozitivno delovno vzdušje, sodelovanje, učenje novih veščin in vključitev v pomembnejše odgovornosti po izobraževanju. Vendar pa so naslednji elementi najbolj demotivirali delavce: slabo zasnovano usposabljanje, nezadostne povratne informacije, vrzel med usposabljanjem in delovnim mestom ter nestimulativno gradivo za usposabljanje.
Na podlagi ugotovitev raziskave so bili podani tudi predlogi za povečanje učinkovitosti in privlačnosti programov usposabljanja v Hotelu Starkl. Med glavnimi priporočili so boljša organizacija usposabljanja, večja prilagoditev gradiva zahtevam dela, povratne informacije, napredovanje v karieri in spodbujanje kulture nenehnega učenja. Zaključki diplomskega dela lahko prispevajo k prihodnjim strategijam hotela na področju človeških virov in podpirajo dolgoročni razvoj tako delovne sile kot tudi njegovega poslovanja.

The final thesis deals with the role of organized employee training at Hotel Štarkl and its impact on work performance, motivation, and personal and professional development of employees. The purpose of the thesis was to investigate to what extent training contributes to better correction of work tasks, which motivational and demotivational factors employees are most exposed to, and how it affects their view of their own professional growth.
The subject of the thesis is the effectiveness of employee training in the hotel and tourism industry and the field of human resource management. Data from Hotel Štarkl staff were collected using a survey approach in the research phase of the study. Descriptive statistics were used to assess the data, and percentages of responses, average scores, and standard deviations were calculated for each confirmation.
The findings showed that most employees evaluate training favorably, as it increases both personal growth and work efficiency. The main motivators were a positive work atmosphere, cooperation, learning new skills, and inclusion in more important responsibilities after training. However, the following elements were the most demotivating for employees: poorly designed training, insufficient feedback, a gap between training and the job, and unstimulating training materials.
Based on the findings of the research, suggestions were also made to increase the effectiveness and attractiveness of training programs at Hotel Štarkl. The main recommendations include better organization of training, greater adaptation of materials to job requirements, feedback, career advancement, and fostering a culture of continuous learning. The conclusions of the final thesis can contribute to the hotel's future human resources strategies and support the long-term development of both the workforce and its business. |
