Povzetek

Razmere na montažni liniji sklopk za zaganjalnike in konkurenčnost na trgu so vodile k spremembi proizvodnega procesa izdelave pastorkov, zato smo se odločili v naložbo sodobne tehnologije. Sodobne tehnologije omogočajo večjo izkoriščenost naprave, enostavno programiranje in uporabo ter večjo produktivnost in kakovost. V nalogi smo predstavili problem obstoječega proizvodnega procesa ter predlog rešitve tega problema in s pomočjo realnega denarnega toka pridobili odlive sedanjega in prenovljenega procesa, ki sta nam služila za ugotavljanje sprotne učinkovitosti. Z metodo interne stopnje prihranka pa prikazali upravičenost proizvodnega procesa, kjer smo primerjali med celotnimi odlivi sedanjega ter prenovljenega proizvodnega procesa. Metoda interne stopnje prihranka nam prikazuje neko vrsto obrestno mero vloženih sredstev, koliko je vredna v % prenova in je učinkovita, če je le ta večja od individualne diskontne stopnje izračunane iz finančnih virov. Poleg problema smo opisali tudi cilje prenove, ki bi se z naložbo uresničile in tehnološki postopek izdelave pastorka.

Sekundarni povzetek:	The situation on the assembly line for starter clutches and the competition on the market caused the change in the production process of pinions, and for this reason investing in up-to date technology was decided on. By using up-to-date technology the best possible machinery can be used, simple programming and use are possible, higher productivity and better quality are attained. In this thesis the problem of the present production process and the suggestion how it could be solved are presented. The current efficiency using the real money current to gain outgoings of the present and renovated processes are found out. An effort is made to justify the production process by using the method of the internal rate of savings, where all the outgoings of the present and renovated production processes are compared. A kind of interest rate of the money invested, the percentage of the value of renovation and its efficiency, which has to be higher than the individual discount rate worked out of financial sources, is shown using the method of the internal rate of savings. Besides the problem the aims of the renovation, which would be carried out through investment as well as the technological method of producing pinion are also described.
