Povzetek
Delo in družina sta področji v življenju, ki jima vsak posameznik nameni največ časa in pozornosti. Čas, ki ga imamo na voljo je omejen in zato pogosto prihaja do nesorazmerij med časom, ki ga namenimo plačanemu delu in časom, ki ga preživimo z družino. Zaradi demografskih značilnosti delovne sile, ki se zelo hitro spreminjajo, in vse večje intenzifikacije dela, se zaposleni pogosto znajdejo v položaju, ko je usklajevanje poklicnega in družinskega življenja obremenjujoče. To prinese s seboj veliko negativnih posledic za zaposlene, ki se zaradi stresa ne morejo posvetiti delu, posledice pa občutijo tudi podjetja v obliki fluktuacije in zmanjšanja učinkovitosti in storilnosti zaposlenih. V diplomski nalogi smo se zato posvetili raziskovanju omenjene problematike in predstavitvi projekta Družini prijazno podjetje, ki ponuja rešitev, saj omogoča, da so zaposleni lahko ustvarjalni na delovnem mestu, hkrati pa so dejavni tudi v zasebnem življenju.
Raziskava je pokazala, da delovnik pogosto presega osem ur na dan, usklajevanje obeh področij življenja pa večina anketirancev ocenjuje kot obremenjujoče. Kot razbremenilni element se je izkazal ukrep fleksibilen delovni čas, ki so ga najpogosteje označili za element družini prijaznega zaposlovanja. Zaposleni poznajo certifikat Družini prijazno podjetje, vendar smo bili presenečeni, ker večina ni prepoznala njegovih glavnih idej. Ugotovili smo, da je komuniciranje predvsem v notranjem okolju organizacije slabo, saj si večina anketiranih želi več informacij o certifikatu. Zaključili smo, da tržno komuniciranje organizacij igra pomembno vlogo pri prepoznavnosti certifikata in njegovih idej.

Work and family are areas in life to which every individual devote most of his time and attention. Time that we have available is limited and that is why often leads to imbalances between the time we devote to paid work and time that we spend with the family. Due the demographic characteristics of the workforce, which are changing very rapidly and the increasing intensification of work, employees often find themselves in a position where the reconciliation of work and family life is burdensome. This brings with it many negative consequences for employees which cannot be devote to paid work because of stress. But also companies feel the consequences in the form of fluctuation and loss of efficiency and productivity of employees. In diploma paper, we therefore focus on exploring these issues and presenting the project Family Friendly Enterprise that offers a solution, because it allows employees to be creative in the workplace, but also active in the private life at the same time.
Research has shown that working day often exceeds eight hours per day, the majority of respondents estimated coordination between work and family as burdensome. As the exculpatory element has proven to be a measure flexible working hours, which was most commonly marked as an element of family-friendly employment. Employees know Family Friendly Enterprise Certificate but we were surprised, because most of respondents did not recognize his main ideas. We found out, that communication in internal environment of the organization is mostly bad, because the majority of respondents would like more information about the certificate. We concluded that marketing communication play an important role in the recognition of certificate and his ideas. |
