Sekundarni povzetek: Hydroelectric power plants are classified as complex constructions, therefore high safety is very important. Regular periodic monitoring is necessary, which enables stability control and especially timely discoveries of displacements and deformations on the construction. Determination of displacements and deformations is carried out with continous geodetic and physical measurements, which creates a whole picture of the developement on and around the construction. For the purpose of the geodetic network establishment for stability control of the Krško hydroelectric power plant were the horizontal and the vertical surveys carried out in three separate epochs, by gradual filling of the pool barrier. The instrumentation used in measurements was properly tested and with highest accuracy. The data have been properly processed and the observations have been adjusted with parameters by means of the leasts quares principle. The result of the adjustment were definitive horizontal and vertical coordinates of geodetic points with corresponding standard deviations and standard deviation ellipses. Stability of reference points and statistically significant movements of control points and benchmarks were assessed with deformation and statistical analysis. Horizontal and vertical movements were treated separately. We came to the conclusion, that the gradual fill of the pool barrier reflected in horizontal and vertical movement of all geodetic network’s points. This thesis presents the meaning and the goals of the control measurements on the barriers, the processing measurements’, the adjustment’s and the deformation analysis’s theoretical background. The results are evaluated and presented graphically.
