Sekundarni povzetek:	In my graduation thesis I deal with development of road network of town Celje. In the first part of my graduation thesis I introduce a few studies and projects that dealt with problems in road traffic network in the past and a complete road traffic network study of town Celje that foresaw individual measures and group of measures for the next 20 years. In the second part of the dissertation I check, if the suggested measures of road traffic study from 1995 where made. I also check if the measures, which were presented in road traffic study from 1995, on road traffic network were made in suggested period of time. A dissertation continuous with a analysis of predicted traffic strains that were foreseen in study from year 1995. I compare these traffic strains with data from counting of traffic flows from year 2007. I compare this data on few key crossroads. For comparison I use GEH statistic, that is used for comparison of predicted and actual traffic strains in traffic engineering. At the end of dissertation I make a capacity analysis of few crossroads. The analysis is made by a computer program aaSidra. To make the analysis I use data of traffic count from year 2007.
