Planning and organization of the learning process in art education at primary level |

Planning and organization in any learning process is difficult. It consists of accepted curriculum, organization of the school and local community. In what extent and how the teachers will implement formal directions into the classroom planning, depends on the teacher as the individual and his planning of the pedagogical process. (Uljens, 1997)
Theoretical part of the thesis will present education at primary level in the Republic of Slovenia. It will present the documents in primary school, which are the basis of planning and organization of the learning process. It will present important aspects, which must be included in the planning and organization when teaching art. In addition to art classes in the Republic of Slovenia, we will also briefly present the teaching of art education in neighboring countries (Austria, Croatia, Italy, Hungary).
In the empirical part of thesis it provides with research on planning and organization of the art education, and relationship to the planning and difficulties that teachers point out as the problem when planning and organizing art classes, with the emphasis on importance of teachers work experiences.
The research shows, that teachers creatively follow the didactics principals when planning the learning process. They acknowledged that the biggest problem is lack of time, financial resources and knowledge on some of the fields of art. The study shows that there are no elementary differences in ways of planning and organizing based on teachers work experiences. |

Načrtovanje in organizacija katerega koli učnega procesa je zahtevno delo. Navezuje se tako na s strani države predpisane učne načrte kot tudi na delo posamezne šole in njeno lokalno skupnost. V kakšni meri in kako bo učitelj prenesel predpise iz državne, družbene ravni v razred, pa je odvisno od njega kot posameznika in njegovega načrtovanja pedagoškega procesa. (Uljens, 1997)
V teoretičnem delu diplomskega dela bomo na kratko predstavili osnovnošolsko izobraževanje v Republiki Sloveniji. Sledi predstavitev dokumentov, ki učitelju v osnovni šoli služijo kot osnova za načrtovanje in organizacijo učnega procesa. Predstavili bomo tudi pomembne elemente, ki jih mora upoštevati pri načrtovanju in organizaciji pouka likovne vzgoje. Poleg pouka likovne vzgoje v Republiki Sloveniji bomo na kratko predstavili tudi pouk likovne vzgoje v sosednjih državah (Avstrija, Hrvaška, Italija Madžarska).
V empiričnem delu smo skušali ugotoviti, kako razredni učitelji v Sloveniji načrtujejo in organizirajo pouk likovne vzgoje, kakšen je njihov odnos do načrtovanja, s katerimi težavami se pri tem soočajo in ali prihaja do razlik med učitelji glede na njihove delovne izkušnje. Predstavili bomo odgovore sodelujočih anketirancev in rezultate raziskave.
Z raziskavo smo ugotovili, da učitelji upoštevajo didaktična načela o načrtovanju učnega procesa likovne vzgoje, da so pri tem ustvarjalni in da jim največ težav predstavlja pomanjkanje tako finančnih kot učnih sredstev in časa ter strokovnega znanja na določenih likovnih področjih. Večjih odstopanj v odgovorih učiteljev glede na delovne izkušnje v okviru raziskave nismo prepoznali. |
