This dissertation deals with administrative procedures of keeping and presenting data at the Surveying and Mapping Authority of the Republic of Slovenia. Changes in simplification of existing procedures and in introduction of some novelties and terms from the Registring and Real Estate Act are introduced. The first part of the dissertation deals with administrative procedures which are used with the majority of procedures. The second part is examples of application with detailed descriptions to distinguish between different procedures. Examples of application are dealt with according to the type of procedure, and according to the records of a specific procedure (land register, buildings register, spatial units register). Work and organization of Surveying and Mapping Office Žalec is described. Data about individual tasks at the surveying and mapping office for the last five years are statistically presented. Solving administrative matters, issuing certificates and presenting data is statistically presented as well; causes of complaints, the process and duration of solving them are described. Statistical data about all requests and procedures for the five-year period exemplifies the quantity of work in the surveying and mapping office. Consequently, the procedures are solved very slowly, and setbacks in solving administrative matter are increasing. |

V diplomski nalogi so opisani upravni postopki vodenja in izdajanja podatkov na geodetski upravi. Predstavljene so spremembe, ki se nanašajo na poenostavitve obstoječih postopkov in uvedbo nekaterih novosti in pojmov, ki izvirajo iz Zakona o evidentiranju nepremičnin. V prvem delu diplomske naloge so opisani upravni postopki, ki se ponavljajo pri večini upravnih postopkov. Temu sledijo primeri uporabe, s katerimi so opisane podrobnosti, po katerih se posamezni postopki ločijo med seboj. Primeri uporabe so obravnavani glede na vrsto postopka, ter glede na evidenco oziroma register na katerega se nanašajo (zemljiški kataster, kataster stavb, register prostorskih enot). Opisano je delo in organiziranost Geodetske pisarne Žalec. Podatki posameznih del na geodetski upravi so statistično obdelani za obdobje zadnjih pet let. Statistično je prikazano reševanje upravnih zadev, izdaje potrdil in podatkov. Opisani so vzroki pritožb, njihovo reševanje in čas reševanja. Statistični prikaz vseh vlog in postopkov za obravnavano petletno obdobje ponazarja obremenjenost geodetske uprave. Posledica tega je dolgotrajnost postopkov in vedno večji zaostanki pri reševanju upravnih zadev. |
