Sekundarni povzetek:	Contemporary Graphic art defines numerous graphic art techniques; from classical original graphic art techniques to the new media techniques. The new media reproduction and communication capacity influences contemporary art works in such way that more attention is on non-artistic content, while artistic content with its visual efficiency becomes less important. Reproductibility is one of the non-artistic contents which plays a key role in original graphic arts, where it is a means of making of original graphic print, rather than its goal. The fine art process during the hand production and print of a matrix in original graphic art should however not be overlooked. It provides irreplaceable articulation opportunities of an art form and consequently its own visual art language. This area is where various artistic skills develop: a sense of consistency, perception, aesthetic value and much more. The thesis sums up numerous artistic problems, which arise in the fine art process. The fine art process requires its own artistic mindset, design of materials, mastering of processes, etc. The thesis is a contribution to art content in original graphic arts, which covers an often overlooked topic in the framework of theoretic debates. A chapter of original art works is added to the theoretic part of the thesis, as well as the pedagogic contribution, representing the applicative section of the thesis.

Povzetek (ePrints):	Grafika v sodobnem času opredeljuje številne grafične tehnike; od klasičnih tehnik umetniške grafike vse do tehnik novih medijev. Slednje s svojimi zmogljivostmi ponovitve in komunikacije vplivajo na današnja likovna dela tako, da se poudarek kaže bolj na nelikovnih vsebinah, likovna vsebina pa v svojem vizualnem delovanju postaja manj pomembna. Ena izmed nelikovnih vsebin je reproduktibilnost, ki ima ključno vlogo tudi v umetniški grafiki, le da tu ne nastopa kot cilj, temveč kot sredstvo za nastanek originalnega grafičnega lista. V umetniški grafiki ne moremo zanemariti likovnega dogajanja tekom ročnega procesa izdelovanja in odtisovanja matrice. Verjamem, da ta proces omogoča nezamenljive artikulacijske možnosti likovne forme ter svojevrstno likovno govorico. Tu se razvijajo razne sposobnosti, čut za doslednost, predstavljivost, estetsko vrednost in še veliko več. V diplomskem delu sem povzela določene likovne probleme, ki se pojavljajo v tem likovnem procesu. Ta zahteva sebi lastno likovno mišljenje, oblikovanje materiala, obvladovanje raznih postopkov itd. Svoje delo vidim kot prispevek k likovni vsebini umetniške grafike, katera obsega široko področje, ki je večkrat pozabljeno v okviru teoretskih tekstov. Teoretičnemu delu sem dodala poglavje o lastnih likovnih delih ter pedagoški prispevek, kot aplikativni del diplomskega dela.
