Sekundarni povzetek:	The present work focuses on rural development and its instruments in Bavaria and Slovenia. The great stress is laid on bavarian instrument for rural development (Integrierte Laendliche Entwicklung - ILE). This instrument connects various instruments in rural area with an accent on cooperation between rural communities. Several development activities in Bavaria are taking a place in the concept of integrated rural development, which represents a basis for all development activities in countryside. It is established that integrated development in Slovenia is not a common praxis and therefore some experiences from abroad should be taken into consideration. The main purpose of the diploma thesis is to compare available instruments for rural development in both countries and after studying bavarian experiences to apply them to the conditions in Slovenia. The components of bavarian integrated rural development are valuated in view of possibility for the transfer of such components into slovenian system. When components are considered completely or limited transferable, an »import« and integration into existent system of planning and institutional system in Slovenia is suggested.
