Sekundarni jezik: Angleški jezik
Sekundarni naslov: Noise emission calculation method NMPB and verification on concrete example
Sekundarni povzetek: This thesis aims to describe the procedure of assessing noise levels, the computation and comparison of noise level values calculated using the NMPB-Routes-96 and RLS – 90 assessment methods and a graphic presentation of the computations. The introductory chapter gives an outline of the thesis subject. The second chapter presents the basic theory of sound and noise and the concepts of sound magnitudes such as sound power, sound pressure and sound intensity. This is followed by a short chapter on the valid legislation in the area of noise protection in the Republic of Slovenia, which provides the use of the French NMPB-Routes-96 assessment method and the French XP S31-133 standard for the computation of road traffic induced noise levels. A more detailed description of the XP S31-133 method is given in Chapter 4. Noise in the environment can be assessed on the basis of measurement data or model calculations. To obtain more detailed data of model calculations, it is necessary to make a 3D model of the site. The process of making a 3D model of the site concerned with the software tool LimA_5 (version 5.1) Graphic User Interface, Stapelfeldt Ingenieuergesellschaft GmbH, is presented in Chapter 5. The sixth chapter describes the procedure of assessing environmental noise load and the calculation of noise levels with the NMPB and RLS – 90 methods. The noise emission levels during the day and night are compared to each other and interpreted. Finally, the conclusion summarises the findings of the thesis.

Šesto poglavje opisuje postopek za oceno obremenjenosti okolja s hrupom in izračun nivojev hrupa po metodi NMPB in RLS – 90. Imisijske ravni hrupa v dnevnem in nočnem času so med seboj primerjane in interpretirane. Sledijo končna spoznanja pri pisanju diplomskega dela.
