Sekundarni povzetek: This paper work is dealing with regulation of the flood-control reservoir (retention area) on the Pešnica as one of the measures against flood risk and separatly with natural sustainable regulation of river channel in the proposed section. With the new bypass and bridge construction investor affect in the natural floodplain and stream profile of Pešnica. From this perspective, it can be expected that will increase the flood risk ahead of road and other downstream areas. Planning a flood-control reservoir requires the definition of all relavants hydrological parameters in basin, the analysis of the hydraulic conductivity in the channel and analysis of topographic conditions or restrictions. With respect to all previous factors, the main objective is to devise the most appropriate retarding system. For hydrologic and hydraulic modeling software package we chose HEC-HMS and HEC-RAS gear. For manipulation with a different geographic data layers is compulsory to use GIS and CAD tools. By planning of the dam is very important to choose the appropriate type of release structure for flood water and the choice depends mainly on their hydraulic characteristics and flow capacity. In conclusion, the thesis presents some practical design and visual measures in the context of natural sustainable regulation of the channel in the intended area. The main purpose of this measures is to bring people close to the water in the leisure time and enrich the quality of fish populations living.

Povzetek (ePrints): Diplomska naloga obravnava ureditev suhega zadrževalnika na Pešnici kot enega izmed ukrepov varstva pred poplavami ter ločeno še sonaravno urejanje struge na predvidenem odseku. Z novo obvoznico in premostitveno konstrukcijo investitor posega v naravno poplavno območje Pešnice ter v pretočni profil same struge. S tega vidika je lahko pričakovati večjo poplavno ogroženost cestišča ter ostalih dolvodnih površin. Načrtovanje suhega zadrževalnika zahteva opredelitev vseh relavantnih hidroloških parametrov vplivnega območja, analizo hidravlične sposobnosti vodotoka ter analizo topografskih pogojev oz. omejitev. Z ozirom na vse naštete dejavnike je tako glavni cilj zasnovati najustreznejši zadrževalni sistem. Za hidrološko in hidravlično modeliranje smo izbrali programski paket orodij HEC-HMS ter HEC-RAS. Za manipulacijo z najrazličnejšimi geografskimi podatkovnimi sloji pa je obvezna uporaba GIS- in CAD-orodij. Pri načrtovanju samega pregradnega objekta je pomembna tudi izbira vrste izpustne naprave za visokovodno akumulacijo, odvisna je predvsem od hidravličnih karakteristik in pretočne kapacitete. Za konec je v nalogi predstavljena zasnova nekaterih praktičnih in vizualnih ukrepov v sklopu sonaravnega urejanje struge na predvidenem območju. Glavni cilj oz. namen ukrepov je ljudi približati k vodi v smislu kvalitetnejšega preživljanja prostega časa ter obogatiti kvaliteto bivanja ribje populacije.
