Sekundarni povzetek:	The topic of this degree deals with the problematic of registering the local community roads as public good regarding the land cadastre and land book. Analyzing the present legislation the correct way of local community roads registration was established and the common mistakes were pointed out. By legislation every local community road must be assigned with its own parcel owned by the local community. This ownership must be presented correctly in the land book as well as public good status assigned with a notice. The degree proceeds with the establishment of the proper geographical model, which is descriptively and graphically introducing individual cases of irregularity. These cases are logically arranged into groups representing different levels of correctness. In the end the solution process for each group is given and that leads to accurate registering into the land cadastre and land book according to the legislation.
