In the past, the investors have invested their capital in building of engineering structures mostly on the territory of the former Socialist Federative Republic of Yugoslavia. The dissolution of the Socialist Federative Republic of Yugoslavia and accession to the European Union are the main two reasons for extension of the investment area. That is why the future investor has to have knowledge of legislation of the European Union countries and the neighbouring countries in the regional planning and construction area. This text contains worked out analysis of different ways of the regional planning and the conditions for issuing the construction licence in European Union in general. The analysis is worked out in greater detail for the Republic of Slovenia, the Federal Republic of Germany, the Republic of italy and the Republic of Croatia. In addition, analysed is the example of construction licence, which refers to the construction of deviation and overpass on the A2 motorway Karavanke – Obrežje, stretch Smednik – Krška vas. Primož |

Povzetek (ePrints): |
V preteklosti so slovenski investitorji vlagali svoj kapital v gradnjo objektov predvsem na območju nekdanje Socialistične Federativne Republike Jugoslavije. Zato mora bodoči investitor poznati zakonodajo držav Evropske Unije in vsaj sosednih držav na območju urejanja prostora in gradnje. |
