Sekundarni povzetek:	The diploma work comprises a legal basis and the description of the cadastre of a public infrastructure in the communal company. Presented and analysed are the existent spatial base of the cadastre in detail described an example of public water pipes system. Furthermore, introduced is a proposal for improving the existent spatial data, which will also refer to the present organization of the collecting cadastral data of the public infrastructure at the Geodetic and Mapping Administration of the Republic of Slovenia. The goal of my diploma is to improve the efficiency of the cadastre for the purposes of the local public service, as well as for the purposes of an easier and more successful transition of water pipes system information into the common cadastre of a public infrastructure.
