Technological aspects of the construction of undergraund parking house in the center of Ljubljana by top-down method |
Sekundarni povzetek: |
In densely populated urban areas there is a lack of parking spaces for urban residents and
commuters. That is why underground parking houses are being made. They allow parking of
numerous vehicles and are almost invisible on the surface. The purpose of this Graduation
Thesis is to present the construction of the parking house at Kongresni trg in Ljubljana. The
first part describes the protection of excavation pit and construction of reinforced concrete
diaphragm wall. Based on the structure of the soil which is described in the geotechnical
report, the static analysis has been carried out with the use of Amses computer program.
Results of analysis show the maximum bending moments, shear and axial forces account in
the deepest ground part of the structure, which was expected because stresses in the soil
structure increase with depth. The second part of the Thesis presents the protection of
excavation pit with reinforced concrete diaphragm wall and describes the construction of
structural components and groundwater pumping. Finally the third part describes the
construction technology for building the parking house by diaphragm walls from top to
bottom by supporting reinforced concrete floor and tubular steel braces. |
