Sekundarni povzetek:	Thesis deals with methods to prepare spatial arrangements for placement of a certain activity or business into an area. The spatial arrangement is shown on the real example of a landfill Vranoviči and its readjustment and spreading with the purpose of disposing inert waste and building a subsidiary for managing municipal solid waste (PCRO). A special study of legislation and procedures has been made in the process of preparing a spatial arrangement, in our case it is the county location plan (OLN). For the landfill Vranoviči has already been some design documentation with the purpose of gaining financial funds for building PCRO and the landfill for inert waste (DIO). Owing to timely discrepancies in obtaining financial funds and executing it, required some adjustments and search for ad hoc solutions in its planning. Since there was no legal background for building or there was no construction permit, the only thing possible was to make OLN for PCRO and DIO Vranoviči. With the OLN being done the organization of PCRO which will comprise recycle centre of urban waste water, transfer station, a machine press for municipal solid waste, scales, managing objects, car parks and composting areas or biological decomposition of solid organic materials by bacteria, fungi, and other organisms into a soil-like product. For DIO was meant an area which was considered for the third phase of expansion in the design documentation in the south of the landfill Vranoviči which was planned to be inert waste. In the OLN is also included an area of the present landfill with the objective to set terms for the final scheme after its closure. To be functional this landfill are considered accompanying traffic and municipal solid waste management, layout for protecting environment and layout for rehabilitation and recultivation of the area.
