Sekundarni povzetek: A Precast RC industrial building with typical skeletal structure is modelled, analyzed and documented. The focus of diploma was preparation of building information model which serves as a support in design. We paid special attention to structural analysis, earthquake design, detailing and project documentation. The industrial building is planned as an extension of a bigger facility, so we decided to use building information model for 3D visualization simulation of phases in construction detailing, development of production drawings and construction plans . We used TOWER 6 and ETABS programs to calculate inner structural engineering quantities, meadwhile bigger part of 3D modeling, print-out of details and elaboration of construcion plans was made with ALLPLAN 2009 program, which was supported by CINEMA 4D and PHOTOSHOP programs in the field of 3D visualization

Povzetek (ePrints): Obravnavali smo montažno armiranobetonsko halo s tipično skeletno zasnovo iz linijskih gradbenih elementov. Ideja diplomske naloge je bila priprava informacijskega modela stavbe, ki nam služi kot podpora pri projektiranju. Posebno pozornost smo namenili izračunu statike, dimenzioniranju, izvedbi detajlov, izpisu ter izdelavi armaturnih načrtov. Glede na to, da je obravnavana hala predvidena kot dozidava večjega objekta, smo se odločili, da bomo v okviru informacijskega modeliranja stavbe posebno pozornost namenili predvsem 3D vizualizaciji objekta, postopni gradnji s pomočjo 3D modela stavbe, izdelavi konstrukcijskih načrtov ter prikazu umestitve objekta v prostor. Pri izračunu notranjih statičnih količin smo si pomagali s programoma TOWER 6 in ETABS, medtem ko smo večji del 3D modeliranja, izrisa detajlov ter izdelave načrtov konstrukcij opravili s programom ALLPLAN 2009, katerega sta na področju 3D vizualizacije dopolnjevala programa CINEMA 4D ter PHOTOSHOP.
