Sekundarni povzetek:	This diploma work deals with an example of the agriculture land readjustment around the area of gravel pit Godič. After they finished with raw mineral exploitation – the gravel excavation, the investor wants to return the land to the original owners according to the regulations of the Regulation plan. The restitution of the land has been accomplished according to the agreement made between the owners, assigned by the land register and the investor. The comassation by contract has been carried out according to the »Contract of Land Readjustment« The diploma work gives a thorough description of the technical part of the comassation by contract accomplishment, the final result of the processes regarding the boundaries of the land readjustment area and presentation of the detailed report of the comassation by contract with its analysis before and after the comassation by contract.

Povzetek (ePrints):	V nalogi je prikazan primer pogodbene komasacije kmetijskih zemljišč na območju gramoznice Godič. Po končanem izkoriščanju mineralnih surovin – izkop gramoza, želi investitor v skladu z določitvami ureditvenega načrta vrniti zemljišča prvotnim lastnikom. Vrnitev zemljišč se je izvedla na podlagi sporazuma, sklenjenega med zemljiškoknjižnimi lastniki zemljišč ter izvajalcem. Pogodbena komasacija se je tako izvedla na podlagi Pogodbe o komasaciji. V nalogi je podrobno predstavljen tehnični del izvedbe pogodbene komasacije, končni rezultat postopka ureditve meje komasacijskega območja ter izdelava elaborata pogodbene komasacije z analizo stanja pred in po končani pogodbeni komasaciji.
