The main purpose of this dissertation was to explore what the situation in the field of human resources is like, how much importance is given to employees in their workplace, their well-being and personal development and what kind of role has the potential to be taken over by a social pedagogue.
The theoretical part of the dissertation discusses the significance of work for individuals in modern times, the history of human resource management, the problems faced by employers and employees in their workplace today, and on the other hand, what human resource management actually is, how it deals with human resources, what successful operation of the organization depends on and also what kind of characteristics must a manager have, in order to successfully lead their employees. At the end of theoretical part I focused on social pedagogy and presented the classical fields of its activity. I also presented the profile of social pedagogue as one suitable for working in the field of human resources.
The empirical part of the dissertation focuses on the research of how much and in what form are the social pedagogues faced with the tasks of staffing, if they feel adequately equipped with the knowledge that they have acquired in college, and whether the social pedagogy in relation to their experience in practice, has the potential for expansion in the human resource area and on what kind of positions. |

Glavni namen diplomskega dela je bil raziskati, kakšno je stanje na področju kadrovskih virov, kolikšen pomen se daje zaposlenim na delovnih mestih, njihovemu dobremu počutju in osebnostnemu razvoju, ter kakšno vlogo bi pri tem lahko prevzel socialni pedagog.
V teoretičnem delu sem se zato dotaknila raziskovanja pomena dela za posameznike v sodobnem času, pregleda zgodovine teorije menedžmenta kadrovskih virov, težav s katerimi se srečujejo delodajalci in zaposleni na delovnem mestu danes, ter na drugi strani kaj sploh je kadrovski menedžmen, kako ravna s kadrovski viri, od česa je odvisno uspešno poslovanje organizacije, ter kakšne lastnosti za vodenje mora imeti menedžer, da lahko uspešno vodi svoje zaposlene. V zadnjem delu teoretičnega dela pa sem se dotaknila socialne pedagogike ter predstavila klasična področja njenega delovanja in profil socialnega pedagoga kot primernega za delovanje na kadrovskem področju.
V empiričnem delu raziskave sem v praksi raziskala koliko in v kakšni obliki se socialni pedagogi srečujejo s kadrovskimi nalogami, ali se za njih počutijo zadostno opremljeni z znanji, ki so jih pridobili na fakulteti, ter ali ima socialna pedagogika glede na njihove izkušnje v praksi, potencial za širjenje na področje kadrovanja ter na katerih delovnih mestih. |
