Sekundarni povzetek: In this graduation thesis, the Imboden model is used as a basis for the prediction of the limiting nutrient concentrations in the lake. The Imboden model is a simplified phosphorous model, based on the phosphorus balance in a lake, presuming phospherous is the only limiting factor of lake eutrophication. The model separately describes the processes in the epilimnion and in the hypolimnion. The limiting nutrient concentrations in the lake are strongly influenced by lake morphology and water inflow. Using an Imboden model, a series of limiting concentrations was calculated for differnet lakes. The basis for the calculations are morphologic and limiting values of the Bled lake, the most famous Slovene lake. It has been ascertained that deeper lakes allow higher nutritient concentration, the bottom water outflow is more efficient than the surface water outflow because of the hypolimnion water, rich in nutrients and poor with oxygen, which is being transfered. When the water inflow is smaller and the phosphorous generation at ther bottom is higher a positive effect of hypoliminon water transfer has been established. The negative values of Rp (percentage of phosphorus in the sediment) mean that the outflow of phosphorous is higher than it's inflow to the lake, therefore the flushing through a siphon should contribute to the decrease of nutrition load in the hypolimnion and thereby to a faster lake sanitation. The Imboden model has proved an effective mean for the prediction of the limiting nutrient concentrations in lakes where morphology and nutrient load can be modified.
