Sekundarni povzetek:	The dissertation deals with the history of measurements and the restoration of the borders in the Grgar commons. The Grgar commons lie above the Grgar village, situated about 9 km away from Nova Gorica. The dissertation describes the history of land administration in this particular area and the procedures and elaboration of new geodetic measurements by which all »historical injustices« are to be repaired. The contents are divided into two main parts. The first part describes the history of the measurements performed on the Grgar commons from the very beginnings, at the end of the 19th century, up until nowadays. The problems that influenced the ownership of the Grgar commons during the last hundred years have been described. The second part contains the description of the procedure of elaborating the new measurements (the procedure of changing the natural borders and the procedure of changing the use of this piece of land), which originates in historical facts. All the steps necessary for the correct elaboration of new measurements (the minutes of the border proceedings and the parcelling out, the sketch of geodetic service, the list of the measured land-cadastral coordinates, the cadastral plan with all the changes made, the calculation of the area of the newly established parcels of land, the list of geodetic points used) have been described. All the parts of the elaborate have been documented according to the service performed by the geodetic company.
