Sekundarni naslov: The distribution of selected alien invasive plant species in the riparian zoneof the river Krka from Krška vas to Otočec
Sekundarni povzetek: The purpose of the thesis is to find occurrence, spread and numbers of selected invasive, non-native plant species along the Krka river. Field work was done during the growth season of 2012. We listed the area from the spring of the Krka river in Krška vas to Otočec castle. Listing area was divided to 73 sections of various lengths. Length of sections depended on environmental factors or changes in occurrence of invasive non-native plant species. We evaluated each section with a survey on environmental factors situation and listed invasive non-native plant species on both riverbanks. We have listed 13 invasive non-native species. The most commonly occurring species are Ambrosia artemisiifolia, Echinocystis lobata, Erigeron annuus, and Robinia pseudoacacia. We have determined their phenological stages, occurrence, vitality, life form, and occurrence on riverbanks. With canonical correspondence analysis, we have determined a relation between environmental factors and invasive plants. The largest share of species' variability is explained by riverbed and vegetation's riparian zone. On left riverbank, variability also depended on contiguousness of riparian vegetation, while it depended on changes of riverbed on right riverbank.

Povzetek (ePrints): Namen diplomskega dela je ugotovitev pojavljanja, razporeditve in številčnosti izbranih invazivnih tujerodnih rastlinskih vrst ob reki Krki. Popisali smo 13 invazivnih tujerodnih vrst. Najpogosteje so se pojavljale vrste Ambrosia artemisiifolia, Echinocystis lobata, Erigeron annuus in Robinia pseudoacacia,. Določili smo njihovo fenološko fazo, pogostost, vitalnost, življenjsko obliko in pojavnost glede na obrežni pas. S kanonično korespondenčno analizo smo dokazali povezavo med okoljskimi dejavniki in invazivkami. Največji delež variabilnosti vrst pojasnita oblika struge in širina cone obrežne vegetacije. Na levem bregu je bila variabilnost odvisna tudi od sklenjenosti obrežne vegetacije, na desnem bregu pa od sprememb struge.
