Sekundarni povzetek: This thesis presents methods of solving disputes with help of mediation in cases of cadastral audits, such as boundary assessments, reparcelations and boundary equalizations. Mediation is a process where clients try to resolve their dispute peacefully with help of a third person (mediator). The thesis also describes the case definition of the border and in non - judicial proceedings, as well as a detailed description of the law on mediation in civil matters, and the Law on alternative dispute resolution. The main part of the tast is to solve the disputes through mediation, which describes the advantages of mediation and the entire process and solutions, how to use mediation to resolve disputes land.

Povzetek (ePrints): Diplomska naloga predstavlja načine reševanja sporov s pomočjo mediacije v postopkih kot so ureditev meje, komasacija in izravnava meje. Mediacija je postopek, kjer stranke prostovoljno s pomočjo tretje osebe - mediatorja, skušajo doseči mirno rešitev spora. V nalogi so tako opisane sodna določitev meje v nepravdnem in sodnem postopku, ter podroben opis zakona o mediaciji v civilnih zadevah, ter zakon o alternativnem reševanju sporov. Glavni del naloge je reševanje sporov s pomočjo mediacije, kjer so opisane prednosti mediacije ter celoten postopek in rešitve, kako lahko s pomočjo mediacije rešujemo spore na zemljiščih.
