Sekundarni povzetek:	The aim of the thesis is to examine how land consolidation affects the conditions for agricultural production, focusing on the access to agricultural land holdings. The GIS tools are used to analyse the efficiency of land consolidation. A comparative analysis is used to show the difference in the state before land consolidation took place and after it. The suitability of GIS algorithms to analyse the improvement of access to agricultural land holdings is checked. For the chosen study area of Dravsko polje a new parcel layout and number of parcels are presented, whereas for some farms the changed distance between the house and the land parcels as well as the optimal path to reach them are shown. Although the land consolidation area is small, the land consolidation process has been proved efficient in all aspects. The average size of the land parcels has increased, the number of them has decreased and the access to agricultural land holdings has improved.

Povzetek (ePrints):	V diplomski nalogi podrobneje preučujemo učinke komasacij na izboljšanje pridelovalnih pogojev za kmetijsko pridelavo s poudarkom na izboljšanju dostopnosti kmetij do kmetijskih zemljišč. Za analizo učinkov komasacij, vključno z analizo izboljšave dostopnosti do kmetijskih zemljišč, smo uporabili orodja geografskih informacijskih sistemov (GIS). S primerjalno analizo smo ugotavljali, kakšna je razlika med stanjem pred komasacijo in novim stanjem po komasaciji. Namen naloge je bil med drugim preveriti uporabnost algoritmov GIS za analizo izboljšanja dostopnosti do kmetijskih zemljišč. Za izbrano študijsko območje na Dravskem polju so predstavljene spremembe površin zemljiških parcel, števila parcel, za izbrane kmetije pa tudi spremembe razdalj od kmetij do vzorca zemljiških parcel ter optimalnih poti za obhod parcel. Za sicer majhno študijsko komasacijsko območje smo ugotovili, da so učinki komasacij za vse obravnavane vidike pozitivni. Tako se je na študijskem območju povečala povprečna velikost zemljiških parcel, zmanjšalo se je število zemljiških parcel, izboljšala pa se je tudi dostopnost od kmetij do zemljiških parcel.
