Sekundarni povzetek: As part of my diploma thesis I carried out tests on fresh self-compacting lightweight concrete mixtures. First, I reviewed standards and recommendations regarding the concrete composition and production technology. Based on the recommendations for the composition and mixing I designed self-compacting mixtures (SCC) with lightweight aggregate, i.e. with low-density and high-density expanded clay grains carrying a brand name Liapor. I focused only on properties of fresh SCC mixtures. After tests and analyses of the obtained results, I compared the mixtures of low-density SCC lightweight concrete and high-density SCC lightweight concrete. Rheological research included slump flow test and a tests carried out with a rheometer Con Tec Viscometer 5. The target consistency of the SCC mixtures was about 300 mm when using mini slumpflow test and between 660 and 750 mm (SF2) when using standard slump-flow test. On the SCC mixtures I also measured plastic viscosity and yield stress. The measurements were carried out in set time intervals up to one hour after the mixing. With the tests I wanted to find out the influence of change in SCC mixture composition on the rheological properties of the mixture and the range of rheological parameters that assure stable light SCC mixture. Since the density is one of keys parameters of lightweight SCC mixtures I also measured the density of the concrete in fresh state. As far as hardened concrete is concerned, I only determined its compressive strength.

Povzetek (ePrints): V sklopu diplomske naloge sem opravljal preiskave na svežih samozgoščevalnih lahko agregatnih betonskih mešanicah. Najprej sem pregledal standarde in priporočila glede sestave in tehnologije njihove izdelave. Na podlagi priporočil sestave in mešanja sem zasnoval samozgoščevalne (»v nadaljevanju SCC«) mešanice z lahkim agregatom, in sicer z »low density« in »high density« ekspandirano glino s tržnim imenom Liapor. Osredotočil sem se le na lastnosti svežih lahkih SCC betonov. Po končanih preiskavah in analizi rezultatov preiskav sem primerjal mešanice lahkega SCC betona, izdelane z »low density« in »high density« lahkim agregatom. Reološke preiskave svežih betonov so vsebovale preiskavo razleza s posedom (slump flow test) in preiskavo z reometrom Con Tec Viscometer 5. Ciljna konsistenca za SCC mešanice je bila okrog 300 mm pri mini razlezu s posedom in 660 do 750 mm (SF2) pri standardnem razlezu s posedom. Na vseh mešanicah sem z reometrom izmeril še plastično viskoznost in strižno napetost na meji tečenja. Preiskave sem izvajal takoj po zamešanju ter v izbranih časovnih intervalih do ene ure po zamešanju. S preiskavami sem želel ugotoviti, kako sprememba sestavin betonske mešanice vpliva na reološke lastnosti betona in kakšni so reološki parametri, ki zagotavljajo stabilnost lahko agregatne SCC mešanice. Ker je lastna teža materiala eden ključnih lastnosti lahko agregatnih betonov, sem meril tudi prostorninsko maso sveže betonske mešanice. Na strjenih betonih pa sem določal le tlačno trdnost.
