Sekundarni naslov: Technical and economic aspects of equipping building land in the area of Ljubljana Passenger Centre
Sekundarni povzetek: This thesis presents the envisaged construction of new facilities in the area of Ljubljana Passenger Centre. A new municipal infrastructure shall be built in accordance with the standards and norms for the continuous supply of the facilities. In the first part of the paper the two variants or alternative solutions of installation of utilities are mutually compared, according to different installation options. The criteria for comparing the two alternative solutions are: safety of supply, utilization of urban space, construction work, current and investment maintenance, cost implications and ensuring the necessary funding to cover the costs. The variant no. one implies the use of utility tunnel, so it is described in detail with all the features and requirements. This solution is taken from the building permit project. The variant no. two is based on the free installation of municipal utilities infrastructure in the ground. The requirements resulting from such installation are presented in the second part of the paper. This variant is the result of the author's work and is based on the requirements posed by the existing space with the existing limitations and the technical requirements of the operators of municipal infrastructure. In the last part of the paper the costs incurred by the two alternative variants are described, as well as the methods how to proceed in the event that these cost estimates cannot be obtained. The costs are divided into investment costs and the expenses incurred during the operating period or lifespan of the infrastructure.
