Speach [!] and language disorders in pre-school |
Sekundarni povzetek: |
Speech is important in human life; it forms every individual and gives him the opportunity to establish communication with his surroundings. Communication is disturbed when a person is confronted with speech and language disorder. An educator must be especially familiar with the stages of development of speech perception and speech and language disorders, because speech and language disorders affect children as early as in the preschool period. In the theoretical part, I used a variety of literature to present the development of speech, language development factors and speech and language disorders. Kindergarten teacher plays an important role as a group leader because she directs children, encourages them, and recognizes and observes the progress in various areas, particularly in the area of language development. In the empirical part of the thesis, it was established with the questionnaire for educators that they are able to identify the most common speech and language disorders of children in the preschool period and realize that they are not professionally competent to accurately determine which speech and language disorder is present in a particular case. |
