Povzetek
Danes postaja internet zelo pomemben tako za podjetja/organizacije kot za posameznika. Uporaba interneta raste iz dneva v dan bolj. Tako raste tudi uporaba socialnih družabnih omrežij. Najbolj priljubljeno socialno omrežje je trenutno Facebook. Čas, ki ga preživimo na tem socialnem omrežju, je vsak dan daljši in za nekatere skoraj nenadomestljiv. Prav to je ustvarilo novo priložnost za marketing. Podjetja/organizacije lahko ustvarijo svojo facebook stran, ki je namenjena svojim odjemalcem in »oboževalcem«. Tako lahko komunicirajo s svojimi strankami porabniki dvosmerno in se jim bolj približajo. Seveda pa je potrebno s facebook stranjo učinkovito in ustrezno upravljati. Facebook prinaša v poslovanje podjetja več prednosti kot slabosti, zato bi moralo to orodje izkoristiti vsako podjetje. V prvem delu diplomskega dela smo se dotaknili teoretičnega dela trženja in oglaševanja ter predstavili socialno omrežje Facebook. V drugem delu pa smo izvedli anketo in na podlagi rezultatov podjetju Element.studio d.o.o., predlagali nove izboljšave facebook strani, predlagali pridobivanje novih odjemalcev in za boljšo in učinkovito prepoznavnost podjetja.

Nowadays internet is becoming more and more important tool not only for individual but also for companies and organizations. Usage of internet is increasing every single day. So does the usage of social networks. One of the most popular social network is Facebook. Time spent on this network increases from day to day and is almost irreplaceable for the individuals. This is the reason, why this tool also became the new opportunity for the company’s marketing. They can arrange their own home page, which is intended for the company's fans. So they can communicate with them directly and get their feedback very quick. Therefore it is very important for the company that they take Facebook page really seriously and that they take care of it on a daily basis and with full responsibility. Facebook has more advantages than disadvantages for the company's business, therefore every company should take the opportunity of having their own Facebook page. In the first part of our research we consider theoretical part of marketing and advertising and we present Facebook as a social network. Later in the second part we continued our research through the poll and with the help of the answers that we got we suggest the company Element.studio, d.o.o. what they should do with their Facebook page, to get as much as they can out of it. This is very important for the company's name and its visibility on the market. |
