Povzetek

Diplomska naloga je razdeljena na dva dela, in sicer na teoretični del in empirični del. Diplomsko delo zajema predstavitev obravnavanega problema, cilje diplomske naloge, raziskovanja in metodologijo. Teoretični del diplomske naloge zajema zdravstveni absentizem in dojemanje zdravja samega. Prav tako smo se posvetili tudi dejavnikom ki vplivajo na zdravstveni absentizem, in kako zdravstveni absentizem zmanjšati, ter kakšna je pri tem naloga države, delodajalca in posameznika. V diplomski nalogi smo se dotaknili tudi primerjave zdravstvenega absentizma Slovenije z državami Evropske unije. Na koncu teoretičnega dela so opisani primeri dobrih praks podjetij iz Slovenije. V empirični oz. raziskovalni del je bilo vključeno podjetje Domel d. o. o. iz Železnikov, kjer smo izvedli raziskavo. V nadaljevanju smo analizirali zdravstveni absentizem in preučili dejavnike, ki vplivajo na stopnjo zdravstvenega absentizma v podjetju za leto 2009, 2010 in 2011. Na podlagi tega smo poskušali ugotoviti vzroke za takšno stanje in podali predloge za izboljšanje. Želeli smo izvedeti, ali obstaja razlika v mnenju med režijskimi in proizvodnimi delavci, da so pogoji dela v podjetju dobri in ali se ženske na delovnem mestu bolj naprezajo kot moški. Prav tako smo želeli ugotoviti, ali zaposleni menijo, da se podjetje trudi in vlaga v zdravje zaposlenih. Ugotovili smo, da obstajajo razlike v mnenju med režijskimi in proizvodnimi delavci glede delovnih pogojev. Rezultati so pokazali tudi, da se ženske na delovnem mestu naprezajo bolj kot moški in da zaposleni ocenjujejo, da podjetje dovolj vlaga v njihovo zdravje.

Sekundarni povzetek: Dissertation is divided into two parts, theoretical and empirical part. The thesis includes a presentation of the problem, the objectives of the thesis, research and methodology. Theoretical part of the thesis covers medical absenteeism and perception of the health itself. We have also focused on the factors that affect the health absenteeism, how to reduce health absenteeism and what is the task of the country, employers and individuals. In this thesis, we also discussed the comparison of health-related absenteeism between Slovenia and the countries of the European Union. The end of the theoretical part describes good practice examples of companies from Slovenia. In the empirical, research part we included the company Domel d.o.o from Železniki. Domel d.o.o is a manufacturing company. Further in our dissertaion we analyzed health absenteeism and consider a number of factors that affect the level of health – related absenteeism in the company for the year 2009, 2010 and 2011. Based on that we will try to establish the causes for this situation and make suggestions for improvement. We wanted to know whether there is a difference between directing and producing and the terms that conditions in the company are good, and whether if women are straining in the workplace more than men. Also, we wanted to determine whether employees feel that the company is investing in their health. We studied the written interview, obtained results have been analyzed with the statistical program SPSS 20. We have found that there are differences between directing and producing and agreeing regarding to working conditions. The results also showed that women in the workplace are strainig more than men and that employees consider that the company is investing in their health.
