Sekundarni naslov: | Receivables management analysis in three Slovenian companies |
Sekundarni povzetek: | The diploma thesis analyzes the state of debts to customers in three Slovenian companies. By collecting relevant literature of the domestic and foreign authors we study the features of the individual hedge models. By analysis of the state of debts and the debt management analysis in the studied companies we noted the appropriateness of the current system for managing debts. Examined data are upgraded by an opinion to improve the situation. We try to present the most successful choice of credit policies for each of the companies by the summaries of selected literature. By the presentation and analysis of the hedging tools for unfulfillment of the counterparty we explain the reasonableness of the choice of a particular instrument for a specific situation. The escalation of business in the global market is regularity in recent years. Pressures on price are increasing and customers are more demanding. Regular financial examination and analysis of new and existing customers is becoming an increasingly important factor for a successful business. Attention should be directed to the correct selection of credit policy of the companies that may not be the same for all customers; as well the company should adjust credit policies with regard to its liquidity and the market situation. |
