Povzetek
V diplomskem delu se bomo seznanili s problematiko zaposlovanja novih kadrov v podjetju. Do sedaj je bil ta proces dolg in precej zamuden, saj je moral zaposleni, ki izvaja razgovore sam presoditi, kateri kandidat je najbolj primeren in zakaj. To je določal na podlagi kandidatovega življenjepisa in odgovorov, ki jih je dobil od kandidata ob opravljenem intervjuju. Vse je potekalo s pomočjo papirologije in ob odsotnosti računalnika. Končna odločitev pa je bila še vedno sprejeta zgolj po občutku.
Rešitev bo odločitveni model v programu za večparametersko odločanje katerega uporabljamo, kadar se soočamo s kompleksnimi problemi. Zaposleni bo v program vnesel karakteristike kandidata, program pa mu bo glede na prej določene kriterije, katere mora kandidat izpolnjevati, ponudil najboljšo izbiro. Zaposleni se bo kot vedno na koncu moral odločiti sam katerega kandidata bo zaposlil, vendar pa nam bo model pomagal pri sklepanju odločitev, skrajšal čas, ki smo ga do sedaj potrebovali za izbiro zaposlenih, predvsem pa definiral kriterije na podlagi katerih bo izbiranje bodočih zaposlenih potekalo.

In this diploma, we will introduce the problem of employment of new personnel in the company. So far, this process has been long and quite time consuming, since an employee had to carry out interviews by himself, judge which candidate is most suitable and why. This was stated on the basis of the candidate's CV and answers, which employee got from the candidate at the completion of the interview. Everything went through the paperwork in the absence of a computer. The final decision was still taken only by feeling.
The solution will be a decision model in the program for more parameter decision making, which is used when we are dealing with complex problems. Employees will enter into the program characteristics of the candidate, and the program will tell, according to predetermined criteria, which candidate is most suitable to our criteria. Employees will, as always, in the end have to decide which candidate will be hired, but the model will help us in decision making, shorten the time that was needed so far for the selection of employees, in particular, the program will define the criteria on which the selection of prospective employees is going to be held in the future. |
